Chat!
As You should know by now I use a Chat Program Called ICQ. But, You didn't know I also use PowWow by Tribal Voice. It has Instant Voice Messaging. this means you can send someone an instant message but you are able to speak into a Microphone and the recipient hears your voice! You can page me in PowWow [PW] but you must start PW BEFORE your Browser. the ICQ panel, however, you can use at anytime and that's why it is in all of the rooms and the PW buttons are not. PW is only a download of 3.5Megabytes and ICQ is only 1.6mb. PowWow has its own Voice, whatever you type into the chat window you can hear! there is some Abbreviations available, and you can get a copy HERE!
In PW I am mostly in The Meeting Place [Meeting Place being a General Chat Community] but I only use ICQ as a pager, I am not in the rooms there
